The building this accounting business operates in is 22 years old but in very good condition and well maintained, also has a health food store and
the local newspaper is in the same building. I have 1000 square feet which I pay $1,125 a month for until July then it goes up to about $1155 per mo.
That is considered to be dirt cheap for this area. It has a reception room, 4 offices, conference room, store room and bathroom.
It is located on the main highway going thru town, three blocks from broadway the main street going into downtown Seaside,
